All subscription plans are protected by our Uptime Guarantee. While individual media sources may occasionally fluctuate due to provider stability, Priv8Movie maintains a 99.9% availability for the core infrastructure and dashboard nodes. Automated credits are issued for major network interruptions.
Once platform credits are successfully added to your Priv8Movie balance or a subscription plan is initialized, the transaction is considered final. These internal assets are non-refundable to the original payment source and remain available for any future plan upgrades or node access within our ecosystem.
Due to the irreversible nature of decentralized blockchain protocols, all deposits made via Bitcoin, Ethereum, or other digital assets are strictly final. These assets cannot be reversed to the original wallet and will be converted into non-expiring internal platform credits for streaming access.
