Priv8Movie provides encrypted, personal-use-only access to a curated database of cinematic content and live broadcasts. Our nodes facilitate the transmission of signals for private viewing. Commercial broadcasting, systematic scraping, or redistribution of these signals is strictly prohibited.
Users are strictly prohibited from utilizing our streaming infrastructure for automated indexing, DDOS operations, or any activity that stresses our uplink nodes. Any detection of systematic resource abuse will result in immediate session termination and account restriction.
4.1 Access Tiers: Access to premium cinematic nodes and high-definition satellite streams is contingent upon a valid subscription plan. Priv8Movie reserves the right to adjust plan parameters to maintain network stability.
4.2 Billing Cycles: Subscriptions are managed on a recurring basis. All transactions are final upon initialization of the streaming session. Platform credits used for plan upgrades have no cash value.
4.3 Dispute Policy: Initiating a payment dispute without prior consultation with our administrative support node is considered a breach of the security protocol and will result in permanent hardware-id blocking.
